Description

PERFWIPE polyester cleanroom wipers are made from high strength continuous filament polyester yarn in a double knit, no run, and interlock pattern.

Pre-washing, laser cutting, washing and packaging are all done in house for optimum control and cleanliness. The light weight polyester wipes are ultra clean and highly sorbent making it ideal for wiping critical surfaces. All clean room wipes utilize statistical process control during manufacture and are lot traceable from raw to finished products.

Cleanroom Class 100 laundered and packaged.

Composition and Attributes

1. 100% High strength polyester fiber continuous filament, double knit.

2. Ultra low particle and fiber generation

3. Laser border sealed edges for maximum fiber and particle retention

4. Free of silicon, amides, and DOP contamination

5. Solvent safe double bag cleanroom packaging

6. Resists abrasion when used with rough surfaces

7. Works well with IPA and other cleaning solvents
